Welcome to SoneGrid. By using the SoneGrid website or subscribing to the SoneGrid software suite (HMS, RMS, HRMS), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Software License & Local Execution

SoneGrid licenses the SoneGrid application to you for your business operations. Our offline-first architecture allows local operation without active internet connectivity. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of SoneGrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Subscription & On-Site Trials

On-site trials and demonstrations are provided free of charge at authorized merchant locations in Bihar and Eastern India. Ongoing access requires an active monthly or annual subscription.

3. Data Security & Storage

Business transaction data saved locally in your device vault is encrypted. Cloud backups are transmitted over TLS 1.3 to AWS data centers in India.
