When you request an on-site demo via our website, we collect your name, phone number, business type, and city to dispatch a field engineer. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

2. Business Financial Data

Data generated through the SoneGrid suite (such as daily sales, inventory levels, and payroll) is encrypted both on device and in transit. Only authorized accounts designated by the business owner have access.

3. Guest ID Privacy (HMS)

Guest ID documents captured during hotel check-in are stored in encrypted vaults and processed in compliance with applicable local hospitality regulations in India.
